We also arrange for a tree to be planted for every fourth package dispatched. The trees are planted at the northern end of Lake Eyasi in Tanzania. The native species of tree Ficus sycomorus retains a large quantity of water owing to its dense root and foliage. It therefore preserves important freshwater sources in addition to neutralising CO2. This combination is our attempt to minimise the CO2 produced through the delivery of our packages. |
