We have been awarded the “blauer Engel” (“Blue Angel”) for our notebooks and wrapping paper by the German Institute for Quality Assurance and Certification.
The “Blue Angel” is an eco-label awarded to environmentally-friendly products. The paper is certified as having met specific requirements in its production, composition and processing. Only paper made from 100% recycled paper can be certified. The requirements for the species that may be used as raw materials are very clearly stipulated. Additionally, all the other components used in the final product, for example printing inks, are checked for their environmental impact.
