social and enviromental projects

For every product sold, money goes to support an environmental or educational project in Africa, Asia and/or Latin America.  One of tour major focuses is on projects linked to Fairtrade producers.

Each project is checked by the charity “Pay Back to Nature e.V.” to ensure that our support will help to produce visible results.

With last year’s sales, we were able to support the following projects:

• Building a school hall in the Dominican Republic
• School bursaries for several Hadzabe children in Tanzania
• Purchasing construction materials for a school in Tanzania
• A computer school in a tea estate in Darjeeling, India
• Building a biomass power station for small farmers in India
